![]() 2007 - Creating Wellness Introduction Seminar Belleville - Sudbury - London - Winnipeg - Regina - Thunderbay - Halifax - Val D'or
Timmins - Ottawa - Nanaimo - Kelowna - Whitehorse - Yellowknife - Edmonton - Saskatoon
In 2007 we went across the country (16 cities) and presented our methodology to
the Aboriginal Community on Creating Wellness for the youth, their
families and communities. We were amazed at how many of the
participants were ready to embrace true change for themselves and the
youth they were working with. We also directly experienced how
great the need was and how much frustration was expressed by
many of our participants. We saw clearly that we are all facing a very serious
situation which if not reversed can destroy the fabric of many of our
communities.
After the success of this tour and the vision to prepare as mant people as we can to work with the youth we
now are holding an INSTRUCTOR TRAINING LEVEL 1 (3days). If you are interested in taking this training and becomeing a cerifired Believe in our Youth Trainer

Below please find just a few of the comments of the participants
of the Creating Wellness Introductory Seminar held across the country. TESTIMONIALS
EDMONTON, AB Oct 3, 2007
I
enjoyed everything: The concepts has substance that is
invaluable. I liked how the concepts were presented and the fact
their are steps or advise given on how to motivate and empower youth.
You provide evidence that this will work!
Lori Pard - Pikani Employment Service - Brocket AB I would give them the world's highest rating. Opened my eyes on things I knew existed but I didn't know how to approach the problems and subjects. Come out to Garden River, AB and help inspire the parents and elders. Talk to the three communites that make up the Little Red River Cree Nation. Roberta Alook - Social Development Garden River Alberta I enjoyed the hands on activities which were fantastic. The presentation was very informative. Well organized. Both were excellent presenters. I never attended a seminar that I got so much from in one day. Marilyn Augu - Family Enhancement - High Level AB I enjoyed the excercises on Creativity and Intelligence. The Power of the mind, GILSA and the 6 diseases of people and organizations. I really enjoyed whatever I learnt here and I would rate it very high. The trainers were excellent. This will help me in dealing with the youth and brought ideas in how to do a youth workshop for June 2008. Glorya Badger WHITEHORSE, YK Sept 21, 2007 I love the great
activities and how they reflect the material being presented. The
trainers not only teach us how to motivate, they motivate us as
well. Gives me the feeling of "Taking on the World". I am
so fortunate to have attended this seminar. I think parents
should take this.
Yolaine Pelletier - Health & Social Services Yukon Territory Government Recognizing the
empowering of negativity in ourselves and others all around. We
need to focus on "watering" the seeds of possibility and positivity in
ourselves and others all around. Both trainers had different
techniques which made for a well rounded class.
Lisa Vollans - Young Offenders Facility - Whitehorse
NANAIMO, BC Sept 14, 2007 I
enjoyed doing the many activities and how much useful information we
were taught and spoken to about in the seminar. The trainers were
great, very friendly, very well spoken, they made sure participants
participated and made sure you understood and had great stories.
I really enjoyed the seminar as being a 20 year old youth I learnt a
lot, not only for myself but to further share with my friends and
future clients and children I work with in my work environment.
Tara Tait - Aboriginal Mother Centre - East Hastings Vancouver
Knowledgeable
in topic. Humerous fun and energetic. Having the ability to
encourage people to participate in silly excercises able to turn
negative to positive.
Mary Speck - Aboriginal Mother's Center Society
VAL D'OR, QC June 15, 2007 Clearly
a true picture was presented of how we can work with the youth to
awaken their creativity, to understand how entrepreneurship can make
them happy or help create for them a brighter future within a world
where they can achieve and maintain "wellness". The trainers are
well prepared with real life examples to bring about the explanation to
the youth which we must carry. This seminar must be brought to
more First Nations and other communities to inspire the youth that
there is a future and happiness can be achieved.
Lionel Whiteduck - Kitigan Zibi Health and Social Services - Maniwaki, Quebec
I
enjoyed the activities, also you dealt with mindfulness, creativity and
entrepreneurship. Both of you have special gifts. I enjoyed
your seminar. Andrea you inspired us with your musical
gifts. Rolf your experience with the First Nations is
remarqable. This seminar has and is challenging me to get
involved and help create successful people.

Everything
about the entire seminar was very interesting. A lot of group
involvement. A lot of humor and laughter along with learning is
the perfect combination. Very well informed trainers, well versed

few seminars that give actual tools rather than just the delivery of
the information. Excellent Job. Well done, you know your stuff
(Awesome) I have attended many seminars but this one is so
